We are upgrading our ONLINE LIQUOR SYSTEM and in the future (as from today) we will no longer be operating on the www.fscheetahs.co.za website to order liquor online.
We are moving this to combine the system with our current accreditation and liquor systems. In short it means that you'll only need to register once - and most of you have already done that for accreditation purposes.
Please take note that the website system is closed and is no longer in operation.

The user will then be directed to the Online Application Form - on the top of the page you will see the wording Online Ticket Sales.
Don’t worry - you won't need to purchase tickets once you have registered!
New members using the system for the first time would need to Register as a new member (right).
OR, login as I am already registered (left).
PLEASE TAKE NOTE that if you have already purchased tickets in the past or if you have applied for accreditation in the past you don’t need to register as a new member.
Then you use the E-mail address and password that you have already registered on.
Click on “login”.
You will then be directed to a new page - search in LEFT, top corner for Suite Orders.
Click on “Suite Orders”.
This page will display a Block with all your previous orders on it.
Previous orders will obviously only display after you have placed an order.
On the top of this block there is wording “ADD Suite Order”.
If you click on ADD, you will be opening the Online Liquor Order to start the process of ordering liquor / beverages.
Complete all your credentials:

If you don’t have a suite number, then please type in where the order needs to be delivered to.

We have left some space if you need to leave a message to the operators such as:
“If you don’t have Castle in stock, please replace with Castle Lite.”
Event (choose from the list: the match that you are ordering drinks for)
PLEASE TAKE NOTE that if you choose the wrong event, your order will not be processed until we get to that event.
The ORDER FORM looks exactly the same as the one that you are all used to:
Loose - meaning only ONE (1) can or ONE (1) bottle
Six pack - meaning SIX (6) of a kind
Case - meaning TWENTY FOUR (24) most of the time, except for “hardehout”, shooters and wines
PLEASE DON’T FORGET to order the ice that you need as well.
Free State Cheetahs (Pty) Ltd will deliver TWO (2) free bags of ice in addition to what you have ordered.
If you have order 10 bags of ice - you will receive 12, but only pay for 10 bags of ice.
Scroll down to the bottom of the order form - there you will find a “VERIFY” button.
ONLY PRESS THIS BUTTON ONCE!!
You will then be re-directed to a Verification Page where we give you the option to:
- “Go back” to change your order.
- “Place order” if you are satisfied.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER, IT WILL ALREADY BE VISIBLE ON OUR SYSTEMS.
Losgemaal will then receive your order and delivery will take place as soon as possible.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT NO ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED IF WE DON’T HAVE A KEY OF YOUR SUITE / KIOSK.
Due to the capacity orders that has to be delivered, the personnel work over time to ensure that we can deliver your order as quick as possible.
By having to wait for keys, or having to send products to a suite or kiosk at a certain time have proved to be unsuccessful and unfair to both parties.
By clicking on the “Order No”, you’ll be able to view the full order that you have placed.
The block will display “Pending” when the order is in the system and personnel is busy with your order.
SMS to the person ordering the stock – NEW!!!
Please ensure that your cell phone number is correct on all the pages as you go through the ordering system.
Otherwise you won’t be able to receive the sms.
→ CONFIRMATION THAT LOSGEMAAL DID RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
You will receive an sms to confirm that your online order was successful and that Losgemaal is busy processing the goods.
“Good Day. Your Liquor Order (nr) at Toyota Stadium Has Been Completed”.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE that this doesn’t mean that your order has been delivered.
→ CONFIRMATION THAT WE ARE OUT OF STOCK, AND YOUR ORDER IS PENDING
IF WE DON’T HAVE ALL THE GOODS IN STOCK…
Then you will receive an sms to confirm the following:
“Good Day. There was Insufficient Stock at Toyota Stadium for your Order (nr) and Therefore Another Pending Order was Placed.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE that this means that Losgemaal will continue with your order on stock that we have, and that the goods that is currently outstanding are ordered in, and that we are waiting for stock to be delivered.
IF YOU RECEIVE THIS SMS – PLEASE DON’T PUT IN ANOTHER ORDER.
IT SIMPLY MEANS THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER AND THAT WE ARE WAITING ON STOCK – YOUR FULL ORDER IS BEING TAKEN CARE OF.
→ CONFIRMATION THAT LOSGEMAAL HAS PROCESSED YOUR ORDER AND YOUR ORDER IS IN QUEUE TO BE DELIVERED
If you receive this sms, you can rest assure that your order has been taken care of, all the goods are available for delivery.
And this also means that your order has fallen into the queue to be delivered.
“Good Day. Your Liquor Order (nr) at Toyota Stadium Has Been Completed.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE that this does not mean that your order has been delivered, but simply means that we have all your goods in stock.
→ CONFIRMATION THAT YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED
The last sms that you would want to receive is the one where Losgemaal confirms that they have delivered your order.
"Good Day. Your Liquor Order (nr) has been delivered at TOYOTA STADIUM."
You can login anytime to monitor your order on the system as explained above.
